Sarah Silverstein
Outpatient counselor
Sarah Silverstein is an outpatient counselor at Rimrock Trails, where she provides individual and couples/partnership therapy for adults. With a master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver and a certificate in Sex Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Sarah has many years of experience specializing in providing LGBTQ+ affirming care, supporting folks struggling with sex and relationships, and helping individuals navigate feelings of disconnection, shame, anxiety, insecurity, and self-doubt.
Throughout her career, Sarah has facilitated experiential education workshops within the Central Oregon community centered on intimacy, relationship building, and communication practices, demonstrating a commitment to community, affirming experiences, and growth. Sarah believes that connection is what makes us human and thus strives to support individuals and couples in discovering the power of connecting with themselves and each other.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys rock climbing, traveling, skiing, SUPing, fly fishing, and anything else you can do outside in Central Oregon. You can also find her enjoying cozy time at home with her partner, dog, and garden.
