David is an outpatient counselor at Rimrock Trails, U.S. Air Force veteran, and former law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience serving others. He brings a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach to his work, deeply shaped by his background in service, family, and community.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from George Fox University and his Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. David’s approach is client-centered and strengths-based, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of his work, David enjoys the outdoors here in Central Oregon, spending time hunting, fishing, and making memories with his three children and grandson.
