Meghan “Meg” Goldman
Outpatient Counselor, LPC-associate
About
Meg Goldman is an outpatient counselor at Rimrock Trails specializing in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Meg believes that healing happens in the spaces where we feel seen, understood, and just a little less alone. At the root of Meg’s counseling approach is a deep desire to help people heal, connect, and rediscover their sense of self. Meg integrates CBT, DBT, Somatics and Client-Centered approaches into her counseling and works from a holistic perspective. Counseling with Meg is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. And while Meg believes in doing the real work, she also believes that counseling doesn’t have to be heavy all the time; that there is room for humor, lightness, and even a bit of fun.
Meg brings a professional background in communications and event production, which informs her thoughtful, organized, and client-centered approach to care. Guided by a deep commitment to supporting others in meaningful change and personal transformation, she pursued her passion for counseling and growth-oriented work. Meg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. is currently a registered associate with the Board of Licensed Professional Counselors practicing under the supervision of Katie Keck, LMFT.
In Meg’s free time, she can often be spotted in the wild alongside her loyal (and arguably more photogenic) companion, Ama, the dog. Meg is passionate about the outdoors and loves to backpack, hike, trail run, paddle, camp, and spend as much time in the woods as her dog will allow. Nature is her reset button and a place she returns to again and again to reconnect with herself. If you’re looking for a space where you can show up as you are—messy, real, and human—feel genuinely supported, and grow at your own pace, Meg would be honored to walk alongside you.
