About
Chelsi Hower is an outpatient counselor at Rimrock trails, where she provides trauma informed therapeutic support and care. With a background in clinical counseling, Chelsi has 8 years of experience specializing in attachment based counseling, and complex trauma. She holds a master’s in clinical counseling with a concentration in Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University, in Boulder Colorado.
Throughout her career, Chelsi has contributed to creating supportive, open, and connective space for clients, demonstrating a commitment to the client and their needs and wants.
In her free time, Chelsi enjoys nature with her 3 dogs and her husband. Backcountry skiing, dirt biking, and trail running on her off days to support her own mental health aspects.
